I decided to take a random trip to Glacier Park just over a week from going. I called and they were pretty booked but had a tent site available one night, a small cabin the next, and the last night we got a medium cabin. The tent site had a lot of clearing for our tent. The smaller cabin was... More

We got a military discount but they take AAA and other discounts. So our electric only was $27. Showers were decent, plenty of bathrooms and reasonably clean considering it was a very busy weekend. Most sites going up the hill aren't super level because the place is built on a hill. Seemed like most big RV's were at the bottom... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in late July with a motorhome and tow vehicle. We were late coming in on our first night, and appreciated the manager who let us get settled and allowed us to settle up in the morning. We used the shower and laundry facilities which were very clean and suitable. The dump station was easy... More

I've stayed here several times and find the grounds to be quite charming. Its wooded, its clean, its cute. Yes, there is a train that runs thru the highway corridor, but its not like its vibrating your coffee cup off your camp stove. This is a campground off a mountain hi-way, tucked back in a beautiful ferned, wooded acreage, not... More

This is the best campground we stayed at on our trip to Wyoming and Montana. The sites are wooded & reasonably private. The showers are clean, they have at least two shower houses to spread people out a bit. The one we used had two showers in it and if people cooperate there isn't much if any waiting. They have... My husband and I stayed 3 nights in July 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed the campground. Only 1 mile from Glacier National Park West entrance, it was convenient and offered showers - which the park campgrounds do not. Our site was small and level; our tent fit just fine. Yes, you can hear the trains and Highway 2, but that didn't... More

I wanted to like this place. The staff was friendly, it was close to the entrance of GNP... But seriously. 1. I felt claustrophobic at my tent site. I had to back in twice just to figure out how to access my car and unpack. The site was so small we almost couldn't even walk around. 2. All night long... More

1 mile from west entrance to Glacier national park. Very nice shaded campsites. Each site was pretty private as they had lots of trees. Bathrooms were few and far between. Very nice staff. I had to Cut trip short due to fire in the park and have not received promised refund as of yet.

Wonderful facilities - would've given 5 stars if the customer service hadn't been so terrible. Clean bathrooms and nice showers, wooded campsites, charming office and lounge, great location. There is a noisy train at night, wish there had been earplugs. However, the customer service just ruined everything. I actually got yelled at when I used the wrong garbage can. I... More

We recently stayed 3 nights at this campground in a tent site. The campground is tucked tight into the woods, which we really liked. It is also the closest campground to the west entrance of GNP. We did not spend much time in the campground other than to eat dinner and sleep...we were in GNP all day. This is the... More
