Good Location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Had only one problem. Was given room #121 on the first floor right next to the laundry room. Lots of banging in walls from pipes all day and late into the evening. Otherwise would recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn Express is the best in Silver City, but you should realize that its not really in town at all, but on the highway well east of town center. Not much out there besides the Walmart. Diane's is a great spot to eat downtown. Great motorcycle repair shop at Bear Mountain Cycles.

Booked a suite at a good rate. Suites only have an adjoining 'lounge' room and not a second room for sleeping although this provides a lot more space than the average motel room. Had a king suite for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was well equipped with couch and recliner ( a must after day hiking in the area), microwave and refrig with counter space, and a jucuzzi tub (another plus for hikers) in the bathroom. Very clean, staff very friendly and eager to please, good free breakfast with hot cinnamon rolls, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal, milk, assorted juices, coffee, free newspapers, free bottled water, quiet location, but close enough to all conveniences. Best hotel we have found in Silver City.

One of the best Holiday Inns we have visited.Very clean and new. Staff very helpful and full of information regarding the surrounding area. Great place to stay.
