Room service was thoughtful and helpful. The rooms are comfy but not special. While we were there they started unpacking some very nice Christmas vacations. The rooms have fridges and not minibars, but they kept us well stocked with water. This time we stayed on a higher floor and couldn't hear any traffic noise at all.

I stayed here for Thanksgiving and I would 100% stay here again. The location of this hotel was excellent. It was central to everything that i needed. It is 15/20 mins on the subway from Central Manhattan, 5 mins from the Barclays Centre, The Brooklyn Bridge and there are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel... It's a shame this is the only property located so conveniently to the Federal Courthouse, Brooklyn Bridge and many Metro stops. It would be the only reason I will stay at this property (if necessary) ever again. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out Customer Service was not their priority. A real "take it or... Loved this hotel! Booked a standard room and got a good deal for less than $200 per night. Valet Parking was $25 a day, not bad compared to Manhattan. I usually stay in Times Square but wasn't interested in doing the touristy thing on this visit. This is was mainly a shopping trip and I wanted to be close to... More

Just got back from 2 nights stay at this hotel. Was in New York on business so didn't spend too much time here. Unfortunately they are in the middle of a major refurb of the bar and restaurant. The main places you want to hang out in when away. The hotel has relocated these areas to a room and does... More

Dear Maddison 27 - Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback here on TripAdvisor. Our restaurant is currently in a renovation phase and a temporary restaurant & lounge area has been created for the convenience of our guests who do not want to venture outside. A great option, I did want to share with you is... More

Spent three nights at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge and had a great stay. Room on 17th floor was nice and on the corner, but not much of a view. Hotel is only a block or so from the start of the Brooklyn Bridge walking section, great location. Also only a block or two from two subway stops so easy to... More

No real restaurant. No room service. Only breakfast $30 buffet. Food they do have is poor & limited. Staff don't care. No customer service. A miserable experience. Mr. Marriott wouldn't be happy with this hotel.

Dear Ginny, Our goal is to provide a high quality experience for every guest visiting the Brooklyn Marriott Hotel. I was disappointed to read about your experience and customer service. Currently, the hotel is renovating the restaurant area and planning exciting food & beverage options combined with an ambiance that is sure to enhance our guest experience. We have arranged... More

We paid more for a suite because were were there for 5 nights and although pricey, it was worth it for the extra room. Subway stops very close to hotel so a very convenient location. They were renovating part of the hotel so no real restaurant but we weren't planning on eating there so no issue for us. Suite was... More

Location, no doubt, has enabled this property to charge Manhattan prices, both on lodging, food and beverages, but the ambiance and amenities do not justify them. We often stay there because of college meetings in Brooklyn, but have enjoyed more beautiful Marriotts elsewhere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our special needs, but, overall, not a good value.

Hotel is very nice and clean! Rooms are good size, beds are comfy.. If you want a partial view, it's an additional $20 per day.. For a full view, $40 per day... I was a little disappointed as they do not offer room service. There is a guest info book inside the room that directed us to look at the... More
