Last minute decision to stay overnight in New York close to downtown Brooklyn and southern tip of Manhattan. Subway access to all of Manhatten is right at your doorstep. Hotel is 13 years old but beautifully appointed from the lobby to the rooms. Sheets to carpeting were wonderful. Everything looked brand new in our room. We got a last minute... More

We stayed here for one night prior to a transatlantic crossing on the Queen Mary 2. Chose it for convenience to Brooklyn Pier and Marriott service. Rooms were large and well stocked with amenities. Quiet and comfortable. More

Spent the weekend at the Marriott while visiting friends who live in Brooklyn. Nice rooms with comfy beds and high quality linens. Staff was friendly and service was very good. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but did have drinks and appetizers in the lounge both evenings. The wine list was decent and the food was above average... More

It is a pleasure to stay at the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge. The service, rooms, and view (if you get a room on the high floors) are great. I am in NYC for a few days almost every month, and this is beginning to feel like home. This would normally be a solid four to five rating,... More

It's hard to believe you're in New York City when you step into a room at the Marriott New York at the Brooklyn Bridge. The rooms are the size of normal hotel rooms! In NYC that's nothing short of a miracle. Mind you, they're nothing to write home about, but space to move about is definitely not something you expect... More

NYC is famous for postage stamp hotel rooms and unfriendly people. Brooklyn Bridge Marriott turns that preconception on its head. Everyone I dealt with was focused on making sure I was happy. My company reserved a room with 2 doubles but I was with my wife so I asked for a room with a king and got a suite with... More

We were greeted by Marriott employee Jeffrey C. who was simply the best. Upon learning that we were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday, we were put into a truly superior accommodation. Thanks to Jeffrey and the rest of the staff, the Brooklyn Marriott will be on our list of favorite hotels to revisit. More

This is the worst ever Marriott Hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Rude staff on check-in 2. Room not ready on arrival - had to wait 2 hours 3. Hotel not actually at the Brooklyn Bridge, its a 10 mins walk away Over all experience of this hotel was poor. If your going to stay in a Marriott when... More

Upon our arrival at JFK airport and enroute to to Marriott at the Brooklyn bridge hotel, at one moment I thought, wrong choice of location including hotel. This was purely because the taxi driver had taken the route via deep down Brooklyn and everything around seemed dull until we got on Adams street. My oh my, I had to take... More

What a surprise this hotel and location turned out to be. Subway next door which was very easy to use and we managed to get everywhere we wanted to go. Large clean rooms. This hotel lacked a 24 hr room service . The bar which presents well, was always understaffed and some of the bar staff could really do with... More
