Pros-We spent 5 nights in two rooms with our family. This hotel was comfortable and enough room for 7. The location was terrific, parking was reasonable @$25 for NY, and subways very easily accessible. Also, my daughters AC broke and the engineer was there within 15 minutes to fix it. The Gym was top notch, pool was generous size, and... More

I have nothing but great things to say about the Brooklyn Marriott. Concierge were extremely polite and helpful. House keeping always had a smile and were very friendly. Tony and Nick at front door were quick to point you in right direction and were very knowledgeable about area. The rooms were nice and if windows were closed the room was... More

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel for work. The location was nice; just be careful to not walk away from the traffic. It can get seedy quickly. The hotel just underwent a remodel and the bar/restaurant were nice. I did not care for the fact you had to spend $50 get into the premier club if... More

This hotel has become our 'go to' location when we travel to NYC for vacation. It's right over the Brooklyn Bridge (nice walk in the spring time) from lower Manhattan--so, you can visit the WTC memorial, the battery, China Town, etc. On the Brooklyn side, the new promenade and piers are also great to stroll. The TKTS booth is one... More

The Marriott at Brooklyn Bridge is blocks away from the Bridge itself - makes for a great walk with the NYC skyline in the distance. The hotel is well-located near public transportation, very clean, and most important, the staff are extremely helpful. A very welcoming place.

My room was on the 3rd floor facing the street that is the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge. Not only was there traffic noise all night long, conversations of people on the sidewalk below our room, could be head as if they were right in the room with us. These too went in all night long. The facility itself was... More

Honestly, i like Marriott chain. And i expected a wonderful welcoming with very comfortable and clean conditions as i used to have in Marriott across the globe. How i was surprised to see absolutely outdated, durty with awful service hotel. I do not know, may be this is acceptable level in New York. And by default all hotels or major... More

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The lobby and dining area renovations appear to be complete. I actually preferred the old more traditional style of the bar area than the new modern sterile concept. The hotel is very clean. The staff as always were great and actually seem to like their jobs. Lots of smiles.... More

Our checking in experience was confused, at best. The hotel was quite busy with a graduation. Our travel got us to the hotel early. We were told that we would be able to get one of our two rooms within about 45 minutes. Two hours later we were were still camping out in the lobby. A manager took pity on... More

Let me just admit from the beginning that yes, I am particular. I check every mattress in every hotel room that I stay in for signs of "unwanted company". I also check bathrooms for mold, etc. I travel very regularly and I generally stay at Marriott, IHG and Hilton properties as I find them usually safer. I am an elite... More
