My 2 friends and I stayed here or 8 nights during New Year's. We liked the supportive staff and chats with fellow visitors during breakfast. I would come back again. Wish it was a bit closer to Manhatten though.

My wife and I stayed here on a Christmas holiday trip to New York and what a wonderful little jewel Honey's is! Beginning with how sparkling clean every room is kept! This visit we stayed in one of the rooms just off the kitchen. It was warm and cozy with a very comfortable bed. We were greeted by the owner,...

We stayed for 4 nights at Honey's B&B and really enjoyed our time there. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and spacious. We really loved that the room was not over-heated like most B&Bs do in north America! The location is on a quiet, tree-lined street that is just a few minutes walking distance from the subway - easy...

Honey's is a fantastic little place. Quaint, cosy and so comfortable. The hosts are very attentive and accommodating. The breakfasts are varied and so delicious. They have a spacious shared lounge with books, magazines, television and internet access. Their location is great too, quiet tree-lined streets that only a short walk down will bring you to the b and q...

We stayed at Honey's bed and breakfast about a month ago. It was our first time in New York and we loved it! The room was very comfortable and afordable! We had to share a bathroom but we did not have any trouble with that! Breakfast was always good and healthy, and we really enjoyed having the company of Celia,...

Honey's was a lovely way to see there was more to NYC than Manhatten. Was a little nervous about sharing a bathroom, but it was fine. We were 2 adults and 1 child and while snug in the room, was still comfortable. Breakfast was good and accomm was very clean. A short bus ride (can use the Metrocard used for...

What a great find (already thinking about a return visit!) Visiting from UK we were 2 couples so had 2 rooms and shared bathroom. Subway 10mins walk away and found easy to use - cost 29 dollars per person unlimited use 7 days. Lovely clean accommodation, serviced daily and towels/bedding changed every 3 days. Laura and Carlos were very welcoming...

This is a well priced b&b about 5/10 minutes walk from the subway.
We arrived about 11.30 and were able to check in straight away, which was great!
The room was small but had excellent storage.
We shared a bathroom with one other couple. This arrangement was fine.
Breakfast was simple; eggs, toast, granola and fruit but very tasty.

After searching numerous rental options on Manhattan (and feeling overwhelmed), Brooklyn's affordability came to my attention, and I found Honey's (named for the family's hound) in a mellow neighborhood with tall trees. Easy access off main arteries. Street parking sure beats $30/day downtown! The train (subway) is a 7-min. walk --do note: it's 30 min. to Lower Manhattan, or 2-3...

Spent two nights at Honey's this weekend. What a fabulous find! A beautifully maintained old Victorian, with original woodwork, stained glass windows, and loads of charm. Furnishings and decor are so warm and inviting that you almost don't want to leave to go explore the city. Laura and Carlos are kind, helpful hosts, and Celia puts on a lovely breakfast...
