Downtown Brooklyn use to have two Holiday Inn hotels. Now they have one Holiday Inn Express at this location. The hotel by itself is good considering it's location. The location is not bad and is within close proximity to Manhattan. I stayed there for four nights and two of the nights, I had to find parking on the street. The... More

Nice clean friendly hotel. Breakfast options included a pancake making machine, fresh cinnamon rolls, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hard boiled eggs, cereal and more. Great barbeque across the street.

Great little hotel in Brooklyn, easy to get to Manhatten etc via subway 2 minutes around the corner. Handy for eateries and mini-marts. I was going to a concert in the Barclay Centre, just up the road, so ideal for this. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean and bright, best bed I've ever slept in! Brooklyn was... I was quite happy with my stay. The breakfast was the only let down , but there are several places close by, where you can get a breakfast and enjoy the local area. I was here under the New York Marathon , and the course goes just close by, so this is a great location. The area is very interesting... More

Nice hotel that's close to several neat Brooklyn neighborhoods like Gowanus and Park Slope. The new Whole Foods is nearby. It's reasonably close to Atlantic Terminal so you're not really too far from anywhere. Also the R train is at the end of the street. Friendly staff- Edes at the front desk was especially helpful. The place seems well-managed. It... More

We stayed at the holiday for 5 nights. During this time the lift did not work, a dog was on our floor in one of the rooms that barked every night. We were a party of three and had to continuously ask for a third towel. The pillows were absolutely terrible. The staff however we friendly and courteous. Breakfast was... More

Comfortable, affordable, right next to a subway station and a great bagel place for breakfast, easy access to manhattan, about 15 minutes, either direct or a change after one stop for an express train at atlantic barclays. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cinnamon buns they have at breakfast are awesome, pick one up for later in... More

I don't usually write bad reviews as I know things can go wrong and my experience may not be typical but I feel compelled to warn people about this place. On arrival for our 5 night stay the lift wasn't working so we were plonked into a tiny basement supposedly quad room with virtually no storage. The room was hot... More
