I could write about the clean and spacious room which is actually larger than my condo in Palo Alto; the comfortable bed with fresh linen; the lovely, sigh, lovely breakfast; the kind women I met serving breakfast; the super nice and close location near Maimonides; the precious children I passed on my 3 block lovely walk from the hospital; however... We stayed for five days in one of their suites. The staff was very competent and helpful. They frequently went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast has nice variety and good quality. We enjoyed the historic Jewish neighborhood. This was our second stay at Park House and we look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I have stayed here twice as we were looking for a hotel in the centre of the orthodox Jewish Boro Park area....December 2014 and again June 2015, the criteria was clean, spacious and kosher which it was. POSITIVES...The rooms are large and clean with 2 queen beds in each studio, good AC and ceiling fan plus kitchenette.... More

We were in Brooklyn for a family wedding at a hall about 1.5 miles from this hotel. Its an older property, but recently remodeled. Our suite accommodation was not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. I must say that the bathroom was absolutely immaculate and fresh. A pleasant surprise. But the big surprise came when I stepped into the... More

We stayed at the park house for a few days. For those wanting a comfortable room with a delicious breakfast right in the middle of the 'cholent pot' this is the place to be. The facilities and convenience makes the place ideal for what we wanted. Would wholeheartedly recommend

I am never angry enough to leave any reviews!! this is THE first!!! Worst customer service ever!!! When we book the hotel, we were told cancellation is 48 hr ahead. But the manager told us we need to cancel one month ahead and just hang up the phone when we tried to cancel 5 days ahead!!!Unbelievable!!! Do not stay here!!... More

As I was arriving to the hotel the area seem to be getting worst by the block. The hotel is in a run down area and there is no where to park which is to be expected in NY but Im not sure if my car would be there in the morning. The hotel is completely opposite to what shows... More

Don't be fooled by the photos. I was in a standard room. Looks like a Motel 6. The carpet was so old it was covered in cigarette burns as were the bedspreads. When was the last time NY allowed smoking in hotels? The furniture was in very poor condition as was the bedding....the sheets were worn thin. Most frustrating was... More

If you are used to the modern type of hotel room you will be quite taken aback by the size of the rooms here. Each room feels more like a luxury suite. All rooms (including the smaller 'studio') contain a kitchenette and a large fridge / freezer, two tables, a large hanging cupboard as well as a large chest of... More

A co-worker and I booked two rooms at the Park House Hotel in the neighborhood of Borough Park Brooklyn in order to be close to where we were working that week. The hotel looks like a renovated apartment building from the outside. THe interior was very dark, with odd, self consciously modern furniture in the lobby. The front desk was... More
