We made the huge mistake of driving all the way to New York from Toronto on Gay Pride weekend without making reservations to any hotel. This was mainly because we didn't even know of the parade and that it would be this overbooked. When we got to Manhattan, we stopped at about 30 to 40 hotels, and each and every... More

We booked this hotel for a few days as it was handy for brooklyn cruise terminal. .. big mistake. .The only good things about the hotel are the new bathroom and the helpful staff. . The rooms are very small and very scruffy. Part painted walls . missing skirting boards burns on the carpet and walls like paper. . Also... More

I stayed here for one night (Saturday) with my friend and her family. All together there were five of us (my friend, her parents, her little brother, and myself). We were told that the room we booked would have two beds, but it only had a double. Her dad complained at the front desk, and a friendly worker was quick... More

Well if there is contruction going on yes there would be alot of noise. Anyone staying here would know that when they enter. Watch... More

We mistakenly booked at this place for 2 days in June. If you're interesting in renting by the hour, this is your place. We should have realized what a dump it was when the front desk is hidden behind a glass wall. We were charged a huge "no show" fee because we didn't cancel one day online. Even after I... More

Rooms are completely basic. They don't have a coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, or any of the other extras that have become almost standard in hotels these days. Not even those little bottles of shampoo and conditioner! And the "closet" was a row off 4 hooks on the wall. All of this we could have overlooked for the... More

Whatever was going on ourside our room sounded like a combination jackhammer and drill. The noise level was comparable to that to a leaf blower INSIDE the room. The WiFi allows only one computer on it at a time; that might have been fine but even single people have multiple devices with WiFi contact now, and we were a couple... More

If you are reading this review then you are probably going out of the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. Stayed there for 3 nights before catching a ship. The taxi from LaGuardia was a bit more than $30 dollars. The rooms were small and very basic and need updating. The room had some outside noise. Wi-Fi worked ok, couple of porno stations... More
