The good Beds comfy enough Had sitting area other than bedroom. Hot water good. The not so good. Even though it had microwave and toaster no power point in kitchen. Only PowerPoint in sitting area didn't work. Ended up putting toaster on toilet seat to use bathroom plug. Main window taped on with electrical tape. Freezing wid coming through. When... More

On internet they describe a one bedroom and kitchen With everything You need. I booked it and a couple days before our arrival got an email With information and when I had a question I send an email and got answer after a couple hours. So the email worked as a communication. In reality when we arrived we come to... More

Me and my mum stayed here for 7 nights for shopping and sight seeing in NYC. We were looking for somewhere that was good value with easy access to the city. This apartment met all our requirements. This apartment was cheaper than a hostel in the centre. We had our own bathroom, a kitchen and TV. On arrival there is... More

Never again. The room was dirty and the bed awful. I did not see the roaches, but I stayed only one night instead of ten I had booked. Arriving in the middle of the night, tired after a long flight this was disappointing. When we open the door the smell of mold was awful. The room was dirty, candy paper... More

If you don't want to pay over $200 then this is a good choice, Good location near train station and safe. Never had any issues with water. Room looked clean and acceptable. However My only complain is that had little roaches in the kitchen and bathroom which totally ruined the other good things. It's not a real Hotel it's a... More

This place was cheap, that's the only thing going for it. Close to subway, too. But we did not see a human being until the morning. There was no hot water -- my husband showered in the cold. I heated water on the stove for a sponge bath. It was clean, but we kept being woken by people arguing somewhere... More

The location is a bit sketchy. It doesn't really look like a hotel at all. Rooms were surprisingly nice. New appliances and great setup ( like a small efficiency apartment). Ok now to the good stuff: First night we almost got attacked by small roaches. They were everywhere. The room heater was all the way up when we got there.... More

We decided to stay here because it was close to family. We must have stayed in the same room as the June 21st review. The bed folded like a taco. The room was dirty including the bathroom. The worst thing is “No Hot Water in the Shower!!! I let the water run for 20 minutes and tried to endure the... More

Horrible place, terrible customer service, the neighborhood has ZERO AMERICAN food! they say there are places to eat around here??? YES only if you like Pakistani, Arab, Indian or Bangladeshi food. The toilet and shower were dirty. I complained about the bed how we sunk into the bed like a folding taco and the manger said " sorry but if... More

I've never stayed in New York, so I am unsure of how to really put this review. I'm open minded, so I'd assume in Brooklyn, NY that it would be bumbling like any other city would be late at night. Rooms were clean. I was impressed overall with the niceness of the full kitchen and bathroom. Parking is extremely poor.... More
