With it's funky overall appearance, brick walls and NYC decor, this hotel has a warm, overall, classy and artsy feel. The warm and friendly staff are very accommodating and the doormen know exactly who are guests and who are not.Love the heated floors and overall simplicity of the room. Very spacious, neat and clean with high ceilings!Considering most NYC hotels are... More

Having just returned last week I can´t wait to go back. The hotel is now one of my top 5 stays (maybe even top 3 stays). The room was very spacious, breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline, loved the bed linen, bathroom and the sound option in the room with the mini jack is great. I tried breakfast as well... More

We stayed 3 nights over the first weekend in January. Although we'd been to The adjacent Brooklyn Brewery previously, this was the first time we'd stayed in Brooklyn. The public spaces, including the lovely restaurant and bar, are beautiful and we adored our room with Manhattan skyline views we never tired of (why stay in Manhattan when you have the... More

Seriously. After this one-night stay, we've just decided that from now on, our trips to NYC will be spent staying in Brooklyn at the Wythe Hotel. Here's the story and why! We received a great Christmas gift this year from my kids. A baking class at Momofuku Milk Bar in Williamsburg, dinner, and a night's stay at the Wythe Hotel,... More

Unfortunately, this hotel has some extremely rude, inconsiderate staff who managed to sour an otherwise pleasant visit. The location is fine, the decor nice enough, but with so many hotels in the area, go with one that cares about its guests.

Where do we start? Eighth floor Manhattan loft, check. Tickets to Ides for a Hogmanay celebration, check. Gin/bourbon/ Fevertree and ice in the room, check. Great service, check. Rustan, Jim (thanks buddy) and the whole wonderful Ides team, Erin, Mary and the stunning guest services team, the ever lovely Jack, the great porter team and everyone who makes this extraordinary... I've a bit mixed feelings about this hotel and I wished there would be a category 'good' between 'average and 'very good'. In the end I chose 'very good' because this hotel for sure is beyond average... Actually it has the potential to be a absolutely fantastic hotel: it's conveniently located close to happening Bedford Ave with many cool shops,... More

Despite the expense (£300 per night not including breakfast) this hotel was worth every penny. The style of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and being into "industrial chic" it was right up my street! We stayed in a Historic King room, with its heated concrete screed flooring, insanely big bed, wonderful outside terrace and a stunning bathroom. We requested a... More

I make all my hotel choices based on their use of fragranced fabric softeners and cleaning products. I call ahead to check and the Wythe staff was very helpful. The décor of the rooms -- no carpet or upholstery -- is also allergy friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good for walking to many good cafes and restaurants... More

Having to work in Williamsburg at night I wanted to avoid as much traffic as possible. The Wythe seems like the best and hotel with the highest standard in the area. Williamsburg is an up and coming neighborhood with great nightlife. The hotel has a small lobby but a large bar and restaurant area. The lobby area is quite hectic... More
