The Wythe is in a great location, right in the heart of Williamsburg and in walking distance of everything you want to do in the neighborhood. (Bonus: Brooklyn Brewery is literally across the street!) From the doorman to the front-desk staff to the restaurant hosts, everyone was extremely friendly, hospitable, and easy-going. Our room was a dream. We stayed in... More

The hotel beautifully decorated with a lovely blend of old and new. The graphics are beautiful on the wallpaper and numbers on the doors bringing you to another place in time. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds....and the views of heart of Brooklyn spectacular. The staff could not do enough and were very professional attentive. Loved the coffee in the... More

We chose the Wythe to start our "2 weeks in New York" trip. We wanted to stay one night across from the city for a kickash view. This place has it! BUT it doesn't deal with it overall, very practically. There's an EYESORE that stands in between the Wythe and the city...we called it "the dump". See photos. And the... More

I only managed to stay here one night while working nearby and wish I could have stayed longer. The place is really well designed with unfussy warehouse-style rooms and nice bathrooms. The roof terrace bar is lively and has a scene of its own in the summer. It's not the cheapest hotel in the world but I think you go... More

With it's funky overall appearance, brick walls and NYC decor, this hotel has a warm, overall, classy and artsy feel. The warm and friendly staff are very accommodating and the doormen know exactly who are guests and who are not.Love the heated floors and overall simplicity of the room. Very spacious, neat and clean with high ceilings!Considering most NYC hotels are... More

Having just returned last week I can´t wait to go back. The hotel is now one of my top 5 stays (maybe even top 3 stays). The room was very spacious, breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline, loved the bed linen, bathroom and the sound option in the room with the mini jack is great. I tried breakfast as well... More

We stayed 3 nights over the first weekend in January. Although we'd been to The adjacent Brooklyn Brewery previously, this was the first time we'd stayed in Brooklyn. The public spaces, including the lovely restaurant and bar, are beautiful and we adored our room with Manhattan skyline views we never tired of (why stay in Manhattan when you have the... More

Seriously. After this one-night stay, we've just decided that from now on, our trips to NYC will be spent staying in Brooklyn at the Wythe Hotel. Here's the story and why! We received a great Christmas gift this year from my kids. A baking class at Momofuku Milk Bar in Williamsburg, dinner, and a night's stay at the Wythe Hotel,... More

Unfortunately, this hotel has some extremely rude, inconsiderate staff who managed to sour an otherwise pleasant visit. The location is fine, the decor nice enough, but with so many hotels in the area, go with one that cares about its guests.
