Our stay at the Box House couldn’t have been better! Me and 2 friends stayed there 4 days in October and upon arrival the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations straight away! The lobby is beautifully decorated (as was the room) and I think its the coolest place I’ve ever stayed in. The room felt like our own little apartment and... More

We loved staying at this location. The staff was a great help the entire stay Jan 30- Dec 2. The rooms were very nice, Although it would have been nice to have salt and pepper in the rooms since we cooked breakfast each morning. This location is perfect if you dont want to stay downtown, but want to get downtown... More

We stayed at the Box House Hotel for several nights during our trip to New York and were blown away by the size of the apartment. The ceilings were very high, the decor was fantastic, the bed was absolutely huge and the bathroom was very modern. The staff on the reception were exceptionally helpful, probably the most helpful receptionists I've... More

A group of friends and I stayed at the Box House over New Years and our experience was amazing. It was our first time in New York and the staff there made sure we didn't have any questions and that we knew how to get from place to place. The hotel itself is beautiful and the housekeeping staff does an... More

We stayed at the Box Hotel over the Thanksgiving holiday. We are so happy to have found this gem in this location. The hotel offers free car service to the area around it - including drop off and pick up from location subway stations. The staff is super sweet and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. We... More

The rooms are nicely decorated and well appointed. Some fittings showing sign of wear and tear but it is a busy hotel so this should be expected. The walk to Vernon Blvd station is a little scary (up steep steps, across a train track etc) but you get used to it. Access to underground etc is good and enables easy... More

Our stay at the Box House Hotel was awesome! The staff and our rooms itself was amazing. There is not many amenities like a bar or room service but the wonderful staff make up for that. The complimentary shuttle service was a true blessing (Felix and Jesse was amazing.) They could take us anywhere in the area. All the staff... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel, it had a great feel with all the comforts of home, this is our second time traveling to New York. They say that the first time you visit New York everyone wants to be near Time Square, but on the second trip you want to be away from all the tourist and stay... More

We had a lovely stay in the Box House Hotel in December. It was very nicely and uniquely decorated as well as being comfortable. Our room was basically a studio flat with a kitchenette, living area, mezzanine bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. It had large windows and lots of light although the patio was small with no view. The staff... More
