The room was was good big and spacious. The housekeeping was terrible. I stayed four night and they only cleaned my room once. One day they asked me if I was leaving I said ten minutes, she said she would be back but never came back. I had to hunt down clean towels. The hotel was ok for the money.... More

The location, the room, breakfast .... all good. The "but", and the only reason I'm not giving a higher rating, is the internet service. At least once every 30 minutes, I just get kicked off line, and have to re-connect, which sometimes takes a minute or a few minutes. It is very annoying, and as I have to work on... More

I reserved a block of rooms for my wedding at this hotel, the staff was abrasive and rude. They do not know how to treat a customer. The General Manager was too busy to talk to me and was most likely scared that too many of his customers complain. The "front desk" staff needs a lesson in manners. I reserved... More

We stayed here for July 4th weekend. We were in the city to see the fireworks and didn't want to make drive back home. We found this hotel online at a great price compared to the other hotels in the area. Also was surprised that they offered the shuttle service which came in really handy. The staff was pleaseant and... More

this hotel has very good rooms with all modern amenities.staff is very helpful.Very safe location where tunnel police station is nearby. Manhatten is just 8 minutes away by Battery tunnel. hotel gave us courtesy shuttle service to subway. Parking was plus point of this hotel as they have ample parking spot where as other hotels in downtown have no parking... More

The housekeeping was great. the Breakfast was HORRIBLE-- Only one employee trying to serve a full house of customers! Eggs were served cold and nasty tables and chairs!! the trashcan in lobby was over flowing!!!

Great place to stay to visit New York City. Low priced , clean, no restaurant but places to eat close by. Wasn't to eager to walk around area but seemed ok since police station close by. Cabs available and easier to use than subway. Staff when we arrived 6/10/14 was excellent. Staff after not so friendly. Don't take advise from... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Reaching the hotel is awkward, partly because of the local street system. Our room and bath were small. There was an inexpensive, free-standing closet in place of the usual built-in kind. While the sheets were clean, the bedspread and the carpet in our room were stained. Also, the carpet in the hall was stained. The... More

This is the best hotel if you wanna travel to nyc. You take the brooklin bridge that you don't need to pay the toll and you have an awesome view of nyc. It only took me 15 minute to go the chinatown. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only negatif thing is if you planning... More

We arrived late in the evening so couldn't see much of the surrounding area but from research knew there wasn't much around but an industrial type area. The front desk staff was efficient but not overly friendly. We were provided with menus & info for local take-out restaurants since we hadn't eaten dinner yet. Our room, although cramped, provided everything... More
