A $400/night room in NYC can be smaller than the bathroom in a $100/night room almost anywhere between the Atlantic and Pacific, so the moaning about the size of the rooms WHICH COST (usually) LESS THAN $100/NIGHT IN NYC is just whining. You get what your pay for, or, more accurately, you DON'T get what you DON'T pay for. A... More

We needed a place to stay New Year's Eve. I booked a queen room for $295, I room I now see goes for $69 on other nights, so management gets points for entrepreneurial initiative. This queen looked an awful lot like a full to me (I'm 6'5" and was hanging way off the edge), but the desk person still insisted... More

After reading the reviews we were surprised when our first room was large and spacious (the 04 rooms seemed pretty spacious to us). We stayed in two different rooms as we travelled about before returning to Brooklyn. Both rooms were clean, we liked the toiletries and found the wifi good. we didn't spend much time in the room but the... More

I stayed not only on the 5th. My boyfriend and I stayed 8 days there. PLEASEEEEE, CHANGE THE BREAKFAST SERVICE. The waitresses at the near breakfast location are very, very rude. Servicing us like we are begging for food when we already paid for it. The selection of the breakfast is mediocre. Monday morning the staff doesn't even say good... More

Solid choice and the location can't be beat. It's a small room but it's NY folks - you're not going to be in your room. Yes - there is street noise - again NY. My room was clean and comfy -- the staff was friendly and the free breakfast at a diner across the way beats continental crap any day.... More

This is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable to sleep in. It is quiet. There is a nice roof top deck. In the basement there is a kitchen with a microwave that you can sit and enjoy a coffee and breakfast. The staff was helpful, polite, and kind. For the price it is an... More

Firstly the room is small, but it's New York, so that's standard- but it's well laid out for its size and the bathroom is decent. Breakfast is included at a diner two streets away- amazing French toast with bacon and maple syrup. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel the last week of October. The rooms are incredibly tiny, which would have been ok, if it didn't rain one day there and we had to retire to the room early. Other then that we were in the room only to sleep and the bed was comfortable enough. We were on the first floor, so every... More

Dear Jillian, Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We agree that our rooms are on the smaller side, but it is important to keep our low price point and NYC standards (smaller rooms on average than other cities), in mind. We very much appreciate and value your feedback... More
