“Extremely good service and friendly and helpful staff”

We stayed with a large group of young highschoolers and the staff was very helpful in making our stay pleasant. They provided solutions to every problem we had. One staff member, Chiel, in particular, arranged with super friendly neighborhood restaurants to cater to our 47-strong group on very short notice, for a great price. We'll definitely come back.

We arrived room on 10th floor. Great view. Friendly staff. Clean room a little small but not an issue. Friendly people.breakfast good. Main plus just next to subway. Area around ot greatest but 2 stops on subway prospect park walk to 5th ave and lots of restaurants etc.

Hotel is clean and simple. Loacted near subway station (30 minutes from center NYC) Good breakfest but sitting area is a little bit small - there is additional sitting area. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Free Wifi + Luggage room. We will probably stay there again when will come back to NYC
