Reasonable price. About 4 blocks from subway station. No real complaints. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Stayed here 5 nights. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and convenience markets.

I will say the one plus about this hotel is the proximity to public transit- about 4 blocks away. But I think that it stops there. The lobby and rooms are kept relatively clean. But the rooms are small, compared to most other LQ properties. Breakfast was a disappointment, their selection they claim to be available on the website, about... More

Small but clean rooms, small but adequate parking lot, good wifi, friendly and helpful staff, nearby restaurants. This is a gritty, dirty, working class neighborhood and noisy too, but it's friendly and not al all threatening. Great little coffee shop a few doors down the street. The rooms are well-soundproofed and the a/c is great. It's kind of a hike... More

Stayed at the La Quinta Brooklyn Downtown for 1 night before a transatlantic cruise on the Queen Mary 2. It was the best priced hotel I could find close to the cruise terminal. The location was good as there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Prospect Park is about 5 blocks east, an enjoyable walk to get to with... More

When I made my reservation, i asked for a room with a view. I was surprised that the view of lower Manhattan was quite nice. The neighborhood is typical Brooklyn and the location is nice with a 4 block walk to the MTA.

Let me say the front desk staff I'm the am is amazing and so helpful. I don't remember his name but he answered every question I had pointed us to the right direction, called a car for us each morning with out any hesitation he was a real delight. Now to the room: we stayed in room 413, first I... More

The price of this hotel should have been $50. The location was horrible, the cleanliness was lacking, the rooms were poorly set up, and the breakfast area did not accommodate guests sufficiently. There was also only 8 parking spots for the whole hotel and we were forced to park 4 blocks away. The only thing that the hotel had going... More

The LaQuinta is a well managed hotel that is conveniently located in Brooklyn, NY. It is within easy walking distance to subway lines and bus service. You can reach Manhattan within 30 minutes. It is close to many superb restaurants and cafes and close to the Park Slope area. It is very clean and has well kept rooms. It is... More

I have a few pros and many cons about this hotel. I have stayed at another La Quinta Inn in California and really liked it. So when visiting my daughter in Brooklyn, decided to stay at this hotel a few blocks from her apartment instead of staying in town. We arrived super late at night due to a flight delay,... More

Nice place that allows my two well behaved dogs to stay with me at no extra cost. The cost was much higher than usual but this seemed to be the case everywhere. The neighborhood is upscaling, like much of Brooklyn, but not a lot going on in the immediate area. The breakfast was paltry and not well presented. The room... More
