An excellent hostel with clean rooms, safe with air conditioning and locked drawer where you can store valuable items. It includes breakfast 7-10 in the morning, but I recommend eating before 8 foods such as yogurt and juice over. The hostel is located 2 blocks from the subway Morgan (MTA Line L), which go to Manhattan and leave us into... More

We arrived very late at night and there was no problem at the reception. All the staff is really helpul and nice to the guests. You can eat there really good breakdact with variety of food, mostly typical for US like muffins, penut butter and jelly. The rooms are quite small and there is no choice of rooms for couples... The best hostel we stayed at on our travels!!!!! Perfect for young travelers, I was with a friend but there were lots of solo travelers. They offered a free bbq for guests and free breakfast which was perfect for us. Granted, it was noisy and people took advantage of the lovely outdoor area to sit and drink in the evenings... More

This was by far the best hostel we have stayed in, and we've stayed in many. I would highly recommend staying here. Granted it's a little far from the airport ($100) by taxi from Newark but it was amazing. The staff, the set up, the basement bar were all terrific. By night the surrounding area looked a little dodgy but... More

Great place to stay. It's a nice place. It's like 10 minutes walking to the train. The people from here are nice. The rooms are ok, beds are comfortable. In the morning you have breakfast. It's a nice place if you don't want to spend more money.

We spent 5 nights at that hostel and found it very neat. Even if you are a light sleeper like I am you can make good experiences. I mean, it's New York, so I'd bring a sleeping mask and plugs anyway. There's a bar downstairs and they may have nice events but it is also very noisy at night. We... More

Me and my friend stayed here during our vacation in NYC, it's a nice place and I would stay here again. Only thing is that it's a bit noisy and the wifi sucks. Else its clean and close to the subway which is great! Also our room was kind of big with a lot of windows which I liked :)

Due to losing credit cards in NYC (long story, but if you stay ask the night security guard about how i got robbed, he tells it funnier than I do), I ended up staying here for 21 days. The staff here were amazing and understanding, The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever had the pleasure of... More

Our stay didn't get off to a good start. When we checked in there were no room keys available. The next day we enquired at the front desk for a room key and the girl was so incredibly rude. She made no apology for the inconvenience and instead demanded a $5 deposit (which we were not told about at check... More

Found this place online and immediately felt like I found a great deal. Prior to going to my room I was greeted by Perry who helped me with my check in. He was extremely friendly and happily answered all of my questions. The atmosphere of this place is like no other, it is amazing and interesting. The interior of the... More
