We had reservations for a King room, however at the time of our check in we were told that they had a plumbing problem "in all the King rooms" so we would be given a Queen room instead. When asked whether the Hotel would adjust our room rate accordingly we were told "No, both rooms are the same price...Not great... more
Our room was meticulously clean and attractive. It is located in a safe neighborhood near wonderful restaurants and shops. Not a very long walk from anything in Brooklyn near the Bridge. Artsy/boutiquey with white everywhere, chocolate brown accents. In-room facilities nice (still very new) but the white walls/trim/door/window treatments will require substantial upkeep over time.
