The best bargain in Fairbanks! While the motel is unassuming from the outside and only has around 30 rooms, it is clean (the smoking rooms smell better than non-smoking rooms I have been in elsewhere!) and well run and the manager is informative and friendly. I found the Ranch Motel to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. The rates are very reasonable as well. I have a small dog and it is difficult at times to find a Motel that will accomdate her. There is a large grassy area for walking your dogs. The staff is very friendly and quite helpfull. more

We didn't do anything but look in the room before we left. This is a very old falling down building. The mattresses had a 4 inch sway. The rooms smelled so much of old smoke that we couldn't breathe. There was nowhere safe that we could walk our pet. It is on a very busy street. more
