Our group did not even stay this place was so bad! We found it online and were impressed with the touting of cleanliness and really nice looking victorian rooms. We didn't do anything but look in the room before we left. This is a very old falling down building. The mattresses had a 4 inch sway. The rooms smelled so much of old smoke that we couldn't breathe. There was nowhere safe that we could walk our pet. It is on a very busy street. more

terrible terrible place to stay. the receptionist was the worst i had ever encountered, not helpful, and even condescending and very rude. i don't see why anybody would choose to stay here. the customer service is just inadequate. more
