it is a very bad place, completely no service at all! The landlord/landlady is extremely bad temper. What's worse, they will charge you more money than the amount I booked in book.com!!! Thus I do not suggest you to book this hotel.

The guest stayed one day with us in a two room suite, with a private Jacuzzi and fireplace, and fortunately, enough beds to accommodate the additional people traveling with him. What he has failed to relate is that he was charged an additional $10 for each of the extra people staying in the suite with him. The rate he booked... More

These people are thieves, I sold my apartments and the owner Paul bought coin op washers dryers trash trailer wrote me a check for it all cancelled it said it was all junk but wouldnt return any of it and it wont answer my calls and all worked fine while I had it. My sister made reservations for we 3 adults and 2 dogs for a 2-night mid-week stay in Fairbanks. I had read the reviews on TripAdvisor and was skeptical, but went along with the plan. I do not recommend anyone stay here! Windows open into halls no elevators. Had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and my reservations said "cottage" this is no cottage! Got our money back and left

The 7 gables inn showed my family and I to their other hotel a little ways from there to the Abby Archway inn. The place was terrible. The place was still working on the stairwell to the third floor.
