I spent there one night with my dad. Billie was very nice and friendly. The house is cute and the rooms and showers good and clean. Would definite go there again. It is not very downtown, but usually people have a car there and this is really the only disadvantage.

I was fortunate enough to spend an extended amount of time at Billie's. It reminded me of staying with my favorite aunt. Billie herself is charming (and don't forget the appeal of Franky, Kubie and Ringo....the dogs). A real family feel. If I wanted solitude it was easy to find as well as a multitude of interesting people from all... More

We(my friend and myself) stayed 2 nights at Billie's.Billie's son helped us in negotiating a deal for a cab to take us to Gold Dredge. We were the lucky recipients of their generosity when the company which we had planned to book our trip to Denali cancelled their early morning departure. Her son prevailed upon his sister to drive us to... More

I stayed here with my 8 yr old son in the Teepee and it was a great experience! Billie was so lovely and everyone we encountered was really nice. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

I spent an extended amount of time at Billie's this past July and I couldn't have chosen a warmer, more comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. Billie herself is a lovely person, the place is clean and cozy; the people that came through were almost all very nice, fun, and respectful. There are a variety of housing options, depending on... Billie and her son are an oasis in a sea of high priced hotels and hostils in Fairbanks. Second time I've stayed with them and look forward to another! From the character of the house to the cleanliness and convenience of the location I'm sold. The demographics of the clientele are an added plus.

We came to Fairbanks to stage a canoe trip on the Noatak River in Gates of the Arctic. Billie's was a great place to stop. She freely allowed us to pack and store gear. The rooms were clean. Good showers, Internet, plenty of room to cook. Billie was also openly welcome and helpful. We loved the place and would stay... More

I stayed at Billie's for a couple weeks, and was very pleased. In addition to echoing the sentiments of other reviewers, I would like to add that Billie's felt safe, secure and snug. As an older woman who frequently travels alone, I am quite sensitive to those features. I was comfortable leaving my stuff out while I was gone during... More
