Everything exceeded my expectations for the cost. This Hotel obviously has an honored tradition in Fairbanks. I will recommend to all. This was my first stay at the hotel, but I have eaten at the restaurant over the years(30 or so) and they might be slipping a smidge. A-

The staff was great, I checked in late, 2 am. Despite that they still came and picked me up from Airport about 7-8 miles, that morning and checked me in. Room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

We stayed for a week at the end of the March 2015. We really enjoyed our stay. First, you understand that you are staying in Alaska. The main entrance is awesome with decor. Second, rooms are very spacious and amenities are satisfactory. Third, all employees are very friendly, especially front desk and shuttle drivers. they provide shuttle from/to airport. This... More

Location-Nothing much right around, but you can walk to downtown in about 15 to 20 min. Reception- Very good, very helpful. There is a free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast –Poor. The underground restaurant is like a dungeon. It really needs a remodel, is quite depressing. Room-Good size, not the greatest decoration. Light for reading –Ok Bed –Comfortable with several... We cant even begin to thank the Regency Fairbanks hotel for making our trip to Fairbanks so memorable and ever lasting. This trip meant a lot to us and we were very eager to see the lights. The manager " Mr Tony Philips" not only impressed us with his prompt reverts to our endless queries but also surprised us with... More

Room was clean, cookies were waiting at the front desk, and the people were polite. I asked for extra pillows to help sleep with arthritis and they were in my room after we got back from dinner. Breakfast the next morning was A-W-E-S-O-M-E and really gave us a kick start to the day, including sausage and bacon that most places... More

We got a room in the first floor. The room seems to be old styled. The curtain is damaged and outside the window it is the parking lot and a busy street. So if you want a view and privacy, you should not choose here. The breakfast is terrible. The boiled egg is cold. The ham is burnt to black.... More

I really like the vibe of this hotel. It certainly must have had its grand opening in the early 70's or late 60's and that's what makes it a gem. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a moose head and a trophy salmon above the entrance to the front desk, if that isn't full blown Alaskan vibe... More

I brought my man here for his birthday. Booked online so we weren't allowed to upgrade to the jet tub suite (which is what we wanted so much!) I ended up reserving and checking into the spa tub suite- it was ridiculous and sucked that we had to pay for two rooms instead of them letting us upgrade!!!! We went... More

I made a reservation on this hotel to stay for 5 nights and then to have a chance to Photograph the Northern Ligts. After to spend many hours in a cold weather you need a good place to rest and sleep. Every night I started my adventure at 10 pm and fisnished my journey at 3 or 4 am, so... More
