We booked a room for the night. We checked in and the front desk women was super nice a friendly and very helpful. The room was big and clean. The next morning, the room service lady came into our room while we were still sleeping and in her exact words told us, "you have to leave your passed your checkout... More

We booked in here at short notice having spent the previous night in a similar hotel close-by for about the same price. We were shown to our room which stank of cigarette smoke and the chemical cleaners which had been used to try and expunge the odour. I asked to be moved and we were "upgraded" to a kitchenette room... More

Quiet and clean, convenient on east side of the city. Quirky and great stuffed animal heads. But the hotel has an odd layout; wireless network was flaky and unreliable; and breakfast (in the basement restaurant) really bad. Awful coffee.

Spent two nights at the. Regency. Good location near downtown and major roads. Large, clean rooms. Good, hearty breakfast. Only complaint a little dated....could use a facelift. We would stay here again.

The manager and staff was awesome and very good tonus. Very friendly. Great place to stay. Has a great restaurant in hotel with great food. Complementary breakfast. Has a bar with great atmosphere. If you r looking for a great place to stay in Fairbanks Alaska I recommend this one.

We stayed at the Regency Fairbands during our five-week driving trip to Alaska last month. It was our first experience at one of these hotels. It looked okay from the outside and, although there was a strip club across the street, there was also a Fred Meyer in the other direction, which was handy for me. We were appalled at... More

We are conveniently located Downtown. The description on the above bad experience sounds like the guest stayed at the Extended Stay in Fairbanks. The Regency is not located near a strip club nor either Fred Meyers. Please read all reviews and please take into account TripAdvisor has no concern for whether the person as actually stayed at a property. Review... More

We stayed one night before driving to Denali. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean, albeit outdated, but that added to the Alaska charm. The bar/restaurant downstairs had a great continental breakfast. It's a large area so you felt like you had some privacy from people opposed to other hotels where continental breakfasts are shoved in a... More

We stayed for two nights in May, checked out for road trip and then back for 5 more nights. Rooms are nice size and clean. Slight problem with check in on first arrival, we had been misinformed by an employee who did not work there anymore. The current late night clerk was not even apologetic about it. Dining is a... Rooms were clean and comfortable and very nice for the money. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good too! Overall a great place to rest. So much so that we came back and stayed two more nights to rest up before beginning our long journey back to the lower 48. If we ever get to Alaska again,... More

Greatly enjoyed our stay... Staff very helpful!... Especially tony! Room great and outside porches relaxing. Would agree with others to have smoking someplace else .... Breakfast yummy but agree eggs fake. We booked 1st Alaska school day trip though tony at Regency and they provide excellent service!
