Would come back in a heartbeat. The Innkeeper and his staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy and the parlor so beautiful and relaxing. The Innkeeper lit the fireplace for us when the weather turned cold and rainy early in the season. The little touches, such as coffee, tea, cookies served anytime, were so... more

The Inn is historical which is nice and unique. Sound proofing therefore isn't great though. Although the beds seemed as though they wouldn't be comfortable they were okay, if a little creaky!... more

Beautiful lobby and a warm fireplace to greets you upon arrival. Our room was decorated with antique furniture, beautifully hand carved from Indonesia. The people were friendly and the hotel was clean. All and all we had a marvelous stay. more

We stay here every time we come to the Fredericksburg area for a weekend getaway (at least 3-4 times a year) and would not stay anywhere else. The staff are all great and the place is clean, quiet and relaxing. more

I spent 2 days in Fredericksburg VA & stayed here. I loved the creak in the old wood floors, the bed was very comfortable & the fact I had a sitting room with a TV was a bonus. It's within walking distance of downtown & the shops & resturants. Should I be invited back to the golf outing next year... more

This was my second stay at the Inn, and on both visits my room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The Queen size, antique four poster bed was comfortable and added to the overall charm of the room. Although I could not stay for the continental breakfast, I noticed several people enjoying breakfast in the breakfast room as I was leaving.... more

We stayed at this Inn for the Bluegrass Festival at the local high school. While it was a very nice facility, the service we received is what makes it stand out. We came early and left our car to walk to the stadium. Even though we were not checked it, we were offered coffee from the breakfast room and immediately... more
