This hotel needs updating, the rooms are clean but carpet is not in good shape. Pillows were horrible, staff was friendly, checkin and checkput efficient. I would look for an alternative until they report they have been remodeled.

Since our last visit last year, the hotel is much improved. The computer is in the front lobby now across from the sign in desk. I would suggest that the screen be dimmed a bit so that no one can see. If someone walks into the lobby, they would walk right past you and could see what is going on.... More

This hotel is an easy commute to Richmond or Washington DC (if there is such a thing). Very friendly staff, clean rooms, No traffic noise. Internet was fast and easy to access. Even though we had a free on points, and paid for a second room, I was treated an Elite Platinum member would expect.

The only complaint I have would be the internet is a bit slow when on the second floor. Otherwise it is a very pleasant and safe location that you can get comfortable sleep. Also very courteous and have several items located at the front desk that you may have forgot to pack.

This hotel is "eh". Old, needs new tile work, but clean. Excellent shower head! Internet is very slow, but that is more common than not in every hotel I've stayed at. Breakfast is typical, not great eggs, standard make your own waffles, blueberry or plain. Made my kids happy ;-). Hotel was quite inexpensive, so I was ok with it.

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful! I had a room with a king bed and a whirlpool tub - LOVED the tub!!! What a treat!! Room was nice and quiet, well lit, good working space, fast internet. Walking distance to several restaurants - I chose the Mexican one across the street that the front desk clerk recommended.... More
