I was a little concerned about staying at a Sleep Inn with an older friend who is accustomed to staying at higher-end hotels, but we were both pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. This is a nice place to stay; the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. I enjoy... More

I was referred to this place by another hotel (apparently of the same ownership) a few miles up the road that was full for the night. Just a short distance off the expressway. I got a room on the 1st floor, handicap accessible (supposedly). Parking was outside the door, but far enough away that I needed a luggage cart. Bed... More

We stayed there for a night on the way to Washington. The friend desk person was really courteous in showing us our rooms. The room next to us had set the TV volume really (it was at 2AM) in the morning and when we informed the front desk person about the sound she immediately came gave our neighbors a stern... More

We stopped here after driving for four hours on our way to pick up our soldier at Fort Lee. This property seemed updated, both in the lobby and in the rooms. Small room suited our needs for a few hours' sleep. Bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were a bit lacking. We were on the second floor... More

We stayed for a short break from our long drive, checked in late and checked out way before dawn so we just needed a place to crash. We had stayed at only Sleep Inn locations throughout our road trip so we knew what to expect. The staff was very friendly, the rate with AAA discount was very fair, the room... More

Decent property, but.... We were on the first floor, and the noise insulation, and flooring material, between the first and second floors was immediately noticeable as so poor (worst we can remember ever having experienced, really) that we could hear every footstep as a loud creaking noise, and also voices that would have made it hard to sleep. So we... More

This is a very nice hotel with interior corridors and an exceptionally friendly staff. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and after a long day on interstate 95 we found that in itself to be a real blessing. The rooms have been completely renovated and were very nice, especially the new mattresses which were heavenly to... More

This cute little hotel was a nice surprise. The place is quiet & clean. Our room was a single queen bed room with a large shower. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. One word Waffles!! This room had a microwave and a fridge. The vanity and bathroom were extra clean. Although there was a leftover smell of what seemed... More

PostedAugust 24, 2014 This was a very good facility and I would make it my Fredericksburg motel of choice. It certainly was the nicest Sleep Inn we have stayed in. It actually did not feel like a Sleep Inn which I tend to avoid because of small rooms and, I sense, a tendency to be deteriorating fast. I gave this... More

Our room was a corner room, handicapped accessible. We had a king bed. The bath was huge and clean. A phone was located by the commode. Great location too. Lots of people were enjoying the outside pool - it stayed open pretty late into the evening. Just two suggestions. Their pillows are great, but the mattress is pretty hard and... More
