I found this B&B on Trip Advisor, and it deserved its good reviews. It's location in Brookline adds to its appeal. We'll stay there again. more

My husband and I stayed at the Beech Tree Inn in October for three nights. How glad we were to have found this little gem in such a convenient location. The rooms were superbly furnished and the breakfast "en famille" (family meaning the other guests) fantastic. Stacy and her team were superb innkeepers. Truly a home from home. Highly recommended.... more

Hard to find even with a navigation system, we had to pay for paking (basically a spot in the driveway). The staff was not friendly and slightly unorganized (they forgot to tell us that the bfast was on a different time on weekdays so we got there when everything was being cleaned up - the staff member was annoyed that... more

We were extremely impressed by this B&B. I had never stayed in one before, but the Beech Tree has set the bar very high! Beautiful cozy rooms, 3-5 kinds of freshly baked goods available all throughout the day, an even better breakfast spread, fresh coffee all day long, and extras like books and movies you can grab as you please.... more

My room was small but cozy & I did not mind sharing a bath (travelling for work for two nights). The entire house is well kept & decorated, cozy & very clean. The staff was very friendly & keen to help & advise. The breakfast spread was varied & tasty. I appreciated the movies as I was exhausted after long... more

We really liked the Beech Tree Inn, from meeting Stacey and her staff who are all very friendly and one of them always seems to be in the kitchen baking brownies or cakes that are put out for afternoon tea. There is always free coffee, Columbian or Caribean Coconut when we were there and loads of different teas. There was... more

We stayed at the Beech Tree Inn at the end of a 3 week trip in the US. We were on a budget so couldn't really afford the expensive city centre hotels so opted for a cheaper B & B outside of the city. This place was fantastic and so glad we ended up staying there. The room was really... more
