We stayed here in July and overall had a great experience. They accommodated our last minute request by offering us a room on the ground floor, moving up to room 10 when it became available. It was definitely worth the move - the first-floor room was a bit pokey and opened directly into the dining room, with the bathroom down... More

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights in july 2015. We were in town for the Tigers/Red Sox game and to visit a friend. Beech Tree was a great value - good price, on site parking, just over .5 miles away from the T stop, about a mile from Fenway, and in a great neighborhood. The room and... More

Much has been said about this place over the years...here are my thoughts Pluses: Good location to Coolidge Corner with shops, restaurants and Trader Joe supermarket, and the MBTA street car that will take you downtown; Quiet area, even though apartment building on either side and on Longwood Ave which can be busy; Lovely patio on the side of the... We can't say enough about this B&B. The proprietor treated us like royalty. The rooms were big, clean and well appointed. We had two different rooms with en suite in each. The breakfast was great. Parking on premises. Close to everything including the T.

I only stayed here one night, but it was absolutely perfect. Smack dab in the heart of Brookline, within walking distance of many thing including Coolidge Corner, and even the MFA and museums near there. It offered luxurious amenities and was cozy and comfortable.

As my husband and I were visiting extended family in Brookline, we were eager to stay in the area, and while my parents recommended the Marriott Courtyard, I selected the Beech Tree Inn based on its lower rates and better TripAdvisor reviews. While I was not sure what to expect from the outside, I could not have been happier with... More

What a wonderful place to stay. Easy accessibility to the "T" two blocks away. Breakfast: eggs, yogurt, juice, cereal, fresh fruits and outstanding homemade baked goods. They are made fresh daily and are wonderful. Also, homemade bake goods at night. Tea and coffee 24/7. Parking on site if you drive. Close to many restaurants and Boston. Would stay anytime.

We have been here about 6 times over the last few years, and it is our absolutely favorite place to stay in Boston. We love the front porch room (from 1) with the beautiful views to the street. Breakfast is great, wonderful spaces. Its such a cliche but we think of this as our home in Boston (we used to... More

Even though we live in the area, my husband has wanted to stay at this inn. I made reservations for a long week-end. You must stay at least two days but you will have no problem with staying longer. The warmth of inn is wonderful. The sweets in the afternoon and a complete breakfast are perfect. My husband loves freshly... More
