My husband and I stayed while visiting Fenway Park. This location was great, as it was within walking distance (about 1.25 miles) and the train was just down the block if we did not want to walk. Our stay in the inn was terrific. The staff was outstanding, They were so nice and couldent have been more helpful. The room... more

The bed in Room 7 was so comfortable that my husband and I asked about it so we could buy the same mattress for our home. The jars of chocolate almonds and dried fruit are a wonderful added touch (especially since chocolate almonds are my all-time favorite). The breakfast was delicious, the room was quiet, everything was super clean. more

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting our daughter for her birthday. Coolidge Corners is a great area and public transportation is nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice but small. We enjoyed the morning breakfasts. We definitely will return. more

Tried the Samuel Sewall for 2 nights based on Trip Advisor reviews and were pleased. Pleasant clean room, comfortable bed. Sense of peacefullness about the place. When we arrived, a sign at the check-in desk said to call the tel. number of the sister inn (Bertram) across the street. Innkeeper walked over immediately and was very pleasant and professional, showed... more

My husband and I stayed at the Samuel Sewall Inn for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor yet was very private. It was my first B&B experience and I loved it! They also had a complimentary breakfast that was different every day and snacks throughout the entire... more

My husband and I normally stay at a bed and breakfast when we go out of town because we enjoy the unique and "homey" feel of a bed and breakfast while we are away. However, we were very disappointed in the overall service and wished we would have stayed somewhere else. We stayed there for three nights and from the... more

I was raised by parents who routinely took our family to the Waldorf Astoria, Ritz Hotels, and others of similar ilk. When I found out my 23-y-o daughter had to have surgery in Boston, I searched all of the hotels and B&Bs on the hospital's website for a place nearby, reasonably priced (we're still paying two college tuitions), and "nice."... more

My husband, 9-year-old daughter, and I stayed at this B&B for three nights in Boston. You can't beat the value so close to the city. The Inn is within a block of a subway stop (above ground here), on the green line which is the line you take to all the main tourist stops. The room (#3) was as beautiful... more

This was our first time at a Bed and Breakfast and after this experience we can't wait to stay at more! The Inn itself is very pretty with flowers surrounding the property. The interior is quite lovely, well maintained and lets you feel like you have entered into your own private Victorian home. We were greeted by the sweetest young... more
