My friend and I traveled to Vancouver for a wedding shower. We got a great deal on Priceline at the Staybridge, and I was excited after reading the online reviews about this place, especially the free cookies at the front desk. It's in a great location near PDX, in a quiet neighborhood. When we checked in, sadly there were no... more

It's been awhile since we stayed at the hotel but I still remember the excellent included breakfast at the hotel, the complimentary DVD library available at the front desk, and the personalized directions to the Columbia Gorge. One staff member in particular was very enthusiastic about recommending sites to see/things to do in the Columbia Gorge and Edgefield Manor. Her... more

I got this hotel super cheap through Hotwire. I booked it for a Friday night. I arrived late, around 7pm- and they only had one lady working the desk, but she was friendly and helpful, so it made up for the wait. They also have free cookies at the desk which helped ;) When I arrived in the room, I... more

Stayed at Staybridge Suites with my husband, 2 toddler boys, and a friend. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette. We thought that we'd use the kitchen a lot more than we actually did. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of hot and cold choices. The hotel was very clean and the staff ameniable. Nearby restaurant was really kid-friendly.... more

My husband and I booked reservations at this hotel for a vacation stay 08/08/08 thru 08/15/08. We have had previous experiences with this hotel brand and honestly we were quite impressed with every element of our accomodations elesewhere thus our experience this go around was well below par. Upon our arrival the staff was friendly and our overall impression of... more

This is a near-new hotel located on the north side of state route 500. The rooms have a small kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink and dishwasher, an adjoining living-room area and an adjoining bedroom area. There also are separate rooms for the toilet and shower and for the dressing counter and sink. The result is a very good,... more

I booked my room through Priceline using the "Name your own price" feature and paid $50 a night!!! I stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing! The room was comfortable with a queen sized bed, couch and kitchenette that included a dishwasher!! The room was smallish, but so thoughtfully laid out that it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I stayed... more

This was our 4th try at a hotel near the PDX Airport and it is definitely the winner! After seeing the other positive reviews here, I decided to give it a try for my family of 5 - kids are 15, 7 and 5. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite - spacious... more

The Staybridge is a very good value hotel despite it's weak location compared to other Vancouver, WA hotels - I've noted there are a few other properties closer to the Columbia River and thus, closer to Portland. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite w/ friends. The beds were comfortable, the room was fairly clean (although I noted two spiders on... more

I am so glad we chose this hotel! We were choosing between the Residence Inn suites and Staybridge, and I chose Staybridge because of the two bedrooms instead of the loft offered at the other, since we have 2 toddlers with us I didn't feel comfortable with the stairs or loft. This hotel is beautiful and clean, the lobby is... more
