Stayed two nights on the business level 4th floor, great amenities and comfort, excellent conference accomodations, good food, highly recommended.

Only the Heathman can do this: create a "destination" get away in the same city where I live. I can always count on friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure every need is met. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, affording a true get away from it all experience.

The staff is very professional, efficient and always greet you in the lobby. The rooms are spacious with large flat-scren TVs with a desk and wow! an AC outlet at desk level! I had a newly refurbished room for my first night which enhanced the "lodge" theme and matched the expensive price tag. But the room for my second stay was pretty drab and well-worn. Here on business but noticed it would be a good romantic place to stay. The lobby and restaurant are very nice with theme using indigenous materials/methods. This falls away noticeably as you leave these areas. It would have been nice to carry that well-executed theme into the common areas and rooms a bit better. But these are fine points that... More

This was our second stay at the Heathman Lodge. What a great place to relax and enjoy the Pacific Northwest. The staff is all about making your stay an enjoyable one. The food is very good and the ambiance of the restaurant is equally pleasing. Upsacle "rustic" at it's best.
