This was a very lovely property with comfortable beds and a very inviting elegant ambiance. I would recommend this property to everyone. In the evenings live piano music filled the lobby and restaurant and was simply enchanting. A very special night away for us!

no out door anything. hot tub only open during daylight when of course most travelers are doing something else. some rustic touches but this is basically a holiday inn that didn't cut down the trees on one part of the lot. benefits from the good name of the other heathman's but next time I might as well stay at a... We stayed in the Family suite, this hotel was amazing. The staff is great, happy hour every night. Rooms are amazing, the city is beautiful. I was traveling with my wife and our child. when we booked the room we asked for a crib or pack and play in the room. When we got to our room we had everything we... More

My Husband and I live in Vancouver, WA and just celebrated our 22nd Anniversary here. We had a Romantic package. We walked into our suite and were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine, glasses, balloons, candy and rose petals from the front door to the bed with a rose on a pillow. We had exceptional service from checking in,... More

Heathman has a great rep for their Kirkland hotel, but this one deserves attention too. We've stayed here three times and loved it. The rooms are big, and the first time we stayed it had a large balcony as well. Nice beds, really clean, and neat atmosphere. There are pretty good deals on their website most of the time. This... Stayed on the 4th floor--called the business class level. That level is restricted to 4th floor (which is the top floor) guests only so you have to swipe your card in the elevator--nice benefit. I didn't use the computer area or workout area, but saw them and they looked more than adequate. The breakfast (free) served is only free to... More

We planned an overnight business trip to Portland and found the hotel rates outrageous! The cheapest was $250 per night on a Friday. We read Trip Advisor and found the Heathman in Vancouver to be a safe bet and we were wowed! The place is clean, comfortable and private. Quite the establishment in a commercial area. Very friendly service. Great... More

I agree with a previous reviewer. When I first saw the hotel, I thought " Disney Wilderness Lodge"! The lobby is beautiful. It' s log interior gives one the feeling of really being in the Northwest. Our room was also well appointed, large and comfortable. It would easily accommodate families with small children. We stayed on the concierge floor which... More

After three people greeted me in an over exuberant fashion, and i was given a key and room number, I parked my car and brought all of my luggage inside. But the room key didn't work. Exhausted from traveling, it seemed that instead of carrying everything to the lobby for help, I could call the number on my room card,... More

Dear Rhodeygem, Thank you for the quick feedback about your recent stay with us. We understand that your first impression of The Heathman Lodge was not perfect. I understand that we were very busy with other check in’s after your arrival and our staff was unable to leave those guests to correct the issue with your room key. There was... More
