Checked in our room. Air conditioning was broke. They replaced it with another broken down unit. Apparently the hotel was sold out. They didn't have another AC unit. After 3 hours of this, we were told they can do nothing else but give us 25% off of our stay. The room was literally unbearable. We were treated as if it... More

The staff great you and are always willing to do whatever they can to help you. The rooms are huge and very clean. The location is great, very close to the freeway so it is easy to get where you want to go. We had 2 rooms and they made sure that we were close and because we had kids... More

The staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous. I had room service each night, and it was delicious every night. The accommodations for our conference were comfortable, clean with ample space. It was really a delightful stay!

Disappointing stay. Maintenance is abhorrent. The property is not cared for. As someone else mentioned, the lobby was nice enough; however, once you made your way to the room, you could notice the dirty carpets & accompanying smell throughout. Even though we had a non-smoking room, it smelt of old smoke combined with dirty carpet. Had to keep the AC... More

I stayed here for a conference. I would never have chosen to stay here if the hotel had not hosted the conference. Just looking at it from the outside was a huge turnoff. When I arrived I was surprised at how old and run down it looked from the outside. It looked like a old Motel you would see in... More

The hotel is nice enough in the lobby however, once you settle in you may notice no running water, poor housekeeping and relaxed customer service standards. These three attributes leave guests, like myself, yearning for a Best Western Motel, any day of the week.

The Red Lion Hotel Vancouver at the Quay is an older property in need of updating. The price was modest, the courtesy van from the Portland Airport was a benefit, the location in town was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But, my AC unit was loud and ineffective, and the bathroom had leaky... More

My stay was for 8 days and all staff were very friendly and courteous. I was there for a baseball tournament and several teams stayed at this facility. There was always a lineup for the laundry room. I think that there should be more laundry machines and dryers for the number of rooms. Everything else was just wonderful.

This Red Lion is very runned down. Carpets are stained & dirty, spider webs everywhere, outdoor furniture is broken or holes in it, the whole hotel is in a desperate need of a paint job. Our room had a river view, the balcony door has a good sized gap between door & door jam. The staff was nice but the... More
