I love Quality Inns and usually give them five stars. This has some issues they can easily resolve. Firstly, this is a Quality Inn that is being refurbished. My room was VERY comfortable, great tv, great bed. The location is really nice because you can easily get to surrounding restaurants and stores. The price is more or less typical Quality... More

The front desk staff at check in was not friendly, however a different staff was much better at check out. We had made a reservation for a ground floor room since we had our bicycles (we were riding along the Erie Canal), however they had not saved us a first floor room and we had to carry our bicycles up... This review comes from a Choice hotel Diamond member, their highest loyalty program status. This hotel is NOT the least bit business friendly; it be better to spend a bit more to stay elsewhere or if your budget does not allow that stay at the near bye Econo lodge which is about $20 a night cheaper and while their FREE... Had a room with an adjoining door and you could hear the guy in the next room talking on his cell phone....and he talked a lot! Room size was ok and was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Denny's that is hooked to the hotel was better than other Denny's I have eaten at.

We had stayed here some years ago, then decided to use another hotel because the bathroom ceiling was falling in. In recent years, they have been working hard at refurbishing the place, with great results, as we found when we returned there this year. New carpeting, new ceilings, new paint, new bedding, new TV, new AC/Heating. A greatly improved offering... More

We stayed here recently to attend the CapitolFest and the room was clean, neat and very reasonable. Two doors - one opened onto the courtyard and the pool, the other accessed the interior hallway. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. My only negative observation was the bathroom could have used some tweaks. It was very clean and... More

The foyer was marble, the bathroom ceramic, nicely furnished and awesome comfortable king size bed. Only complaints would be closeness of other bathroom with no soundproofing. Hated to hear a man hacking etc like he was in the room with me! Ugh! Also the vent in bathroom allowed sounds from another room to be clearly heard in bathroom. Good news,... More

First off, this is an old property that has been repurposed. I don't have any problem with that if it saves me money. I was looking for a decent hotel for 1 night, close to the highway (my error not theirs) and close to restaurants. Although it seems the hotel is not near 90, turns out it isn't really all... More

After reading past reviews, I was wondering if I should stay here. But with no other clear options, my wife and I checked in for a one night stay. Wow! What a surprise. The room looked brand new. Very clean, nice decor, comfortable bed. I had a problem with the Internet password and never was able to log on but... More

This is one case where you get what you pay for. The front desk staff spoke little English. Apparently the housekeeping staff is not familiar wih the language either. Both mornings we were there we had the do not disturb sign hanging from our door. Both mornings we were awakened to the housekeeping staff trying to open the door. I... More
