I'm from Rome, NY. Just stay there for a few days at then and of nov. The outside wasn't brightly lit. Our room had a full size refrigerator. The room was clean, and everything worked. The room we stayed in was quite clean and looked freshly painted, I think the bathtub etc. was quite new. This is an older motel but for a one night stay as we visited Fort Stanwix was perfectly acceptable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was handy as there are no nearby restaurants - this place is outside... More

This was by far the most disgusting and dirty place I ever stayed. The bathtub didn't drain. The room smelled awful. It was loud, to bright and the people who live in the hotel have pet rabbits in cages on the sidewalk. They were feeding them hamburgers and smoking out there so you have to step off the sidewalk to... More

It was OK for a night but was minimally clean. We might as well have left the lights on in the room. The lighting outside was so bright and the curtains very thin that you should take a sleep mask with you. Finding a restaurant in Rome was nearly impossible. The city has seen better days.
