Stayed here for sport tournament. Hotel was okay but was your typical Holiday Inn that I remember from years ago and with the same problems. Nothing special. It is being renovated but still looks worn and tired around the edges. Beds were very comfortable though. Bathroom was okay. Was surprised at the reasonable price for the location! Then even more surprised that the beds were more comfortable than Hamptom Inn's! The staff was friendly. I needed a very minor repair on my room and within the hour it was repaired. Best hotel in Ft. Smith! more

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn Ft. Smith City Center on and off for almost 20 years. I was last there this past week for a couple of days for business.
