I stayed here in January 2005 for three nights at $59 a night. The rooms are clean and the high-speed internet is free but the continental breakfast was weak. I travel to Ft. Smith, AR on business frequently. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn, but on my last trip it was full. I was pleasantly surprised with the Guesthouse Inn.
