We stayed here with my daughter's soccer team. Good location around restaurants and shopping. Felt like a safe area. Rooms were fine and relatively quiet. They included a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is pretty new. Nothing fancy but we were satisfied. Breakfast was fine. Again, not fancy but there was a decent variety. Free wireless internet worked well. more

This hotel really tries to serve its customers. It has all of the amenities you could need (wireless, fitness, pool, etc.) and more. We got fresh baked cookies in the evening and a newspaper in the morning. That's more than we've gotten at higher priced hotels. more

Currently in my room on my second stay here- first being in November. Relatively new property- good value. Great location near Rogers Avenue and 540- can't beat it. Very friendly staff and well kept, furnished rooms. Housekeeping also very good- and attentive. Chili's Restaurant and Outback Steakhouse within walking distance. Free internet access too. Friendly people who work at the hotel. New, clean rooms with I-net access and flat screen TV 's. Very convenient to anywhere in Ft. Smith. Plan on staying there when working in the area. more
