This was a typically nice Holiday Inn Express. We had requested a room not too far from the elevator or lobby since I sometimes have a problem walking long distances, and they were very nice about accommodating my request. I stayed one night at this HIE. This is a very good HIE. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is well kept. I stayed in a king room that was clean and the furnishings were in good shape. The Internet worked well. Breakfast was standard HIE and everything was good. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express. more

Although this hotel is 8 miles south of I-40, it's well worth the drive. We got a rate of $99.95 for a king bed. We've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Fort Smith, AR several times because we have family in that town and we are always very pleased with the accommodations. A newer hotel. A nice place to stay. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Popcorn at night with a typical continental breakfast that was as expected. We will stay here again. A few blocks off the beaten path, but close to shopping and restaurants. more
