We stopped at the Hampton Inn in Fort Smith, but they were booked. They directed us to their sister property the Apsen. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a very affordable hotel as well.

We stayed two different times on our way through Fort Smith. Both times we found the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast that is provided was good. Would certainly stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

I have been here less then an hour and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. She was extremely hospitable. The room is immaculate. I couldn't be happier. My husband is in the army national guard so we are here every month and I will definately be staying here from now on! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Nice location, plenty of restaurants and shopping closeby, accommodating staff, adequate breakfast(fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, gravy, biscuits-no fresh fruit though), internet, plenty of pillow selection, clean, bathroom amenities-what more could you want? Stayed 3 nights and got a great rate on Priceline, which isn't easy to do in Fort Smith.
