The room was the king size room. It had a comfortable bed, mini fridge, flat screen TV, and a sitting area. The furnishing and decor fit with the age of the hotel. We loved it. Do yourself a favor if you are traveling in Fort Scott or southeast KS and stay here. I stayed here for 5 days while on business working 12 hours a day in Bourbon County KS. The only downside to this wonderful 2 story B&B is getting your luggage up to the second floor. No elevator in this building that was built in 1906. The bathrooms are about the size of cruise bathrooms but adequate if you are not over 6'2 and overweight. Staff if wonderful. Town is great. Beds will give you a wonderful nights... more
