Used points for 3 nights. hotel is very nice and perfectly located at the square. But housecleaning/maids need to have a refresher course on cleaning rooms. I have read many reviews on this hotel and this is the biggest problem and disappointment with the facility. I am a Diamond Hilton so travel a lot. more
