The staff at the Marshall House were very attentive. They actually greeted me by name whenever they saw me. The valet service worked fine getting the car promptly and the valets were a great help. Marshall House has some very high poositive attributes, but unfortunately significant negatives as well. The location between the t-shirt shop centric River Street and the squares that dot the city is excellent for walking to either. The frontline lobby staff is helpful, courteous and well-trained.
