My husband and I stayed at the Marshall House June of 2011 for 3 nights. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The locations is excellent and walk-able to everything in the historic district. The rooms were small but cozy. The bathrooms were adequate. The room was relaxing with soothing colors. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was minimal but adequate.... More

The staff at the Marshall House were very attentive. They actually greeted me by name whenever they saw me. The valet service worked fine getting the car promptly and the valets were a great help. Even the breakfast servers were friendly and quickly brought some sweets out that had just run out. A very nice group of folks. The room... More

We have been traveling for two weeks and at each and every hotel, I have requested a quiet room and got it. At the Marshall House I did ask for a room with a balcony which I did not know were only streeet-side rooms. We switched rooms for the second night and it improved our night's sleep 100%. The hotel... More

Great location. Easy walk to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was helpful when we asked about restaurants and went the extra mile when giving us directions to places we wanted to visit. More

Marshall House has some very high poositive attributes, but unfortunately significant negatives as well. The location between the t-shirt shop centric River Street and the squares that dot the city is excellent for walking to either. The frontline lobby staff is helpful, courteous and well-trained. The hotel itself is as advertised a Historic Inn-ambiance is on key with antiquish furniture... More

My husband and I had a lovely stay at The Marshall House recently. The hotel is a beautiful old building in a great location in the centre of Savannah – you can walk everywhere in the Historic District from the hotel. Service was excellent as was the complimentary breakfast. We very much enjoyed the cheese and wine in the evenings,... More

Recommend spending a little more for a larger room if staying a few nights. Such a gorgeous city and hotel, so much history. Del was a great front desk worker, he let us pick his brain on whatever we could come up with, he smiled with every answer. Can't wait to come back to Savannah and the Marshall House. Perfect...
