SO glad I gave the Marshall House a try! The staff is excellent in every regard, friendly, informative, professional. Room was very clean. Super convenient location. My room was in a back corner of the 3rd floor and was very quiet. Will return!

The Marshall House was a second stop on a Birthday week vacation for my wife and it certainly did not disappoint. The Marshall House is centrally located in the Historic District which is excellent for touring Savannah. All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and always had a smile and hello. Side note to attentiveness, I was at the... More

My husband and I had to make a last minute visit through Savannah this past week. I happen to be very allergic to animals and had a rough time finding a place to stay that did not accept animals and that seemed like a good fit. We were trying to find a place that was on the less expensive side... More

Is it beautiful? Maybe. Is it comfortable? It's OK. Was I made to feel special for choosing their hotel over the hundreds of others in the area? No. Apparently I did not pay the "smile surplus" fee because every employee from the desk to the housekeepers to the restaurant workers were non-friendly. They barely made eye contact with the guests... More

Nice valet parking ($15 fee), otherwise you can get $12 2 day parking pass at Savannah visitor center to park anywhere in Savannah (meters and parking decks). Location is perfect, right in historic district and few blocks from River Street. Staff are relaly nice, 2 bottles of Dasani in room (no extra cost to consume). Breakfast included: pastries, breads, cereal,... More

Charming hotel. Definitely worth getting a room with a window balcony. It was so fun to people watch from the balcony. Good breakfast. Lively and fun bar. My only complaint is that our room was only on the second floor and the foot traffic from the hallway was a little loud. Again, not a major concern just more of an... More

After a night out my girlfriend and I retired to room 409. After eating a late night snack and watching some television I had used the bathroom. Upon walking out of it I noticed the fan was off so I asked my girlfriend why she would shut the fan off on such a hot night. She replied "I didn't". I... More

The Marshall House Hotel was truly exceptional - one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room was their small budget queen room, but was pleasant and certainly big enough as a base for seeing Savannah. There is a public parking lot immediately behind the hotel - cheap and convenient. The hotel is in a great position for exploring... More

As we continued on our honeymoon travels, we arrived at Marshall House to a charming and friendly environment and staff, and just in time for their wine and cheese reception. We stayed in room 403, and despite it being small, it was very charming, well appointed and comfortable. We loved the historical flavor and the location is perfect for exploring... More

We stayed here a week and was never disappointed by the friendliness and helpfulness off the employees (who became friends). Loved our room, loved the location. I highly recommend this place. And yes its haunted, our visitor had a silly sense of humor. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! WE LOVED SAVANNAH!!!
