We decided to drive down to Savannah spur of the moment for 4th of July weekend. This was our 5th trip down and we usually stay at the Hyatt on River Street. It was booked along with all the other main hotels. We decided to get the "real" Savannah experience by moving away from the touristy area (ie: River Street)... more

It’s hard to run into genuinely good people these day but we feel as though we had our chance last weekend. Teresa and her staff were simply delightful and Jeffrey prepared some yummy breakfast. Jeffrey recommended Pink House and Vinnie Van Go-Go's for dinner and he was right on... Pink House is must and Vinnie Van Go-Go’s has the BEST... more

This was the best B & B I have ever been to! I have to admit that the initial reason why I picked this place was it was one of the only B & B's in Savannah that had a pool, but this place exceeded all my expectations! The pool was gorgeous and relaxing, the breakfast was phenomenal, wine hour... more

This place was a disaster. The $300 room I was told was ideal for honeymoons was next to the front desk and kitchen with a hardwood floor and large gap beneath the door. We could hear every whisper--and of course knew they could hear us! We didn't want to leave our room but were not offered breakfast in bed. We... more

I am sad to hear that this couple did not have the experience they expected. We allowed the to-be-bride an early check-in so she could shower and dress for her wedding that day. We offered and she accepted a (complimentary) glass (or 2) of wine to calm her jittery nerves. She wanted to order something to eat, but we knew...

My sister and I recently had a short stay in Savannah and chose the Azalea Inn on a Monday night. The B&B is located very close to Forsyth Park in a quiet neighborhood and was very easy to get to with ample parking. Upon arrival we were greeted at the entrance by a very friendly white cat enjoying his afternoon... more

We stayed in the Cotton Exchange room for three nights, and it's even nicer than the photos suggest. Teresa is a the perfect hostess and made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were beautifully plated and tasted delicious, and the evening dessert were equally as good. We look forward to returning again. more

We make a point of staying at B&B's when we travel. On our recent trip to Savannah, we spent 4 nights at the Azalea Inn. The hosts were extremely helpful. They sent us restaurant recommendations and tourism info before we went and made reservations for us for several meals, tours etc. Our room was very comfortable with it's own balcony... more

My husband and I just got back from our elopement and honeymoon in Savannah. Everything about our stay at the Azalea Inn exceeded our expectations. Teresa and her team were absolutely amazing. They handled every detail of our wedding, from suggesting a minister and photographer to ordering the bouquet and cake for us and reserving a corner table at Elizabeth's... more

We stayed for three nights at the Azalea Inn. Its place a few blocks from Forsyth Park and easy walking distance to the Mercer Williams House. THe old house seems like a great place to fit into Savannah. The room was charming- a four poster bad with a firm mattress, wardrobe/ dressing area and shower/ toilet en suite. There were... more
