Dirty rooms. Old linens. Electrical outlet exposed, danger for short-circuit For the price paid, we did not get our money,s worth. Breakfast was sub standard, although we did not pay for it directly, compared to the breakfast served in motels

Incorrect bill, overcharged $20, also no hot water and no Wi-Fi. The staff was rude at the front desk and also in the restaurant. We had to wait 10 minutes at the cashier just to pay our bill for our meal! They stood around laughing and talking. I was bitterly disappointed in my stay here as previously we have had... More

This motel seemed very clean and up to date from the front side. However, since I was traveling with a dog I was placed in the rear in a small room with no microwave or fridge. I also had to pay $20 extra. The other lodgers around me were all construction workers and they parked their huge trucks all over,... More

We stayed two nights at the best western. It's easy to find off I-95. There are at least 6 other hotels in this general vicinity. We're about 20 min drive from historic downtown & 45 min drive from Tybee Island. We booked on Orbitz rate of $72 a night during Easter weekend. Any decent place in historic was running for... More

This hotel is a bit dated, but clean and well located just off the 95 interchange to Savannah. Lots of eating spots nearby, small pool (outdoor) and a cold continental breakfast (or you could eat at Denny's right out front!) Good value for the money.

Cons: Rooms are overpriced ($190 for 2 weekend nights) and need updating, mostly cosmetic. Housekeeping did not vacuum, clean tub or behind toilet, empty or clean coffee maker. No microwave or mini fridge in room with double beds. Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hotel was in a high traffic area right off 95 but it was fairly... More

While returning home from a weeklong resort stay at Myrtle Beach, SC (as a treat to the grandkids), we made an impromptu stop in Savannah, GA. The Best Western hotel was easily accessible to the interstate and downtown, so we stayed overnight. We had a wonderful time, that evening visiting the Riverfront and dining. After checking out, we spent the... More

Upon check-in I inquired on room price and was told 2 dble beds was $127.00 as they only has 2 rooms left. I then asked about B.W. reward points which the clerk said was 12000. Obviously judging from the reward points I paid the room should have been about $55.-$60.00.,and judging from the room it wasn't worth more than $55.00.... More

For the price I was going to pay I expected a much better room. The space was very small and very outdated. The sheets did not fully cover the mattress on the side of the bed and the coup de grace poop on the bed sheet from a previous guest. On the good side they did allow pets.

We always stop in the Savannah Gateway area for our stopover on the way to Florida. It's a convenient location, plenty of hotels to choose from and restaurants. The Best Western falls into the same category. Perfect for a one night stopover, convenient to I95, clean, free parking and internet. We used a Groupon coupon so the price was perfect... More
