The good: The location is great, very close to City Market, riverfront and within walking distance of entire historic district. Nice, comfortably furnished room. Basically good, although I was surprised and dismayed about the daily parking fee of $12. I expected a pool, which they do not have. Cleanliness and friendliness were the rule. Breakfast (free) was very good, with a good variety of foods.
