You can feel like a piece of history when you stay in this red brick mansion. The beds and linens are exceptional. They can call for a small bus to take you to the Oglethorpe Tour station and go on a fantastic tour of the city. The parking lot is nearby and costs $12 extra per day. You can walk... More

There is no better - location - midway between the tourists on riverfront and the serenity of Forsythe Park; charm - original wood mouldings, romantic chandeliers; hospitality and service - everyone made us feel special. Grab the 15% discount for early payment in full; don't miss the nightly wine and hors d'oeuvres to jump start your evenings. Short walking distance... More

We stayed here a few months ago. Never got around to writing how wonderful the hotel and the staff are. The hotel is lovely and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The chef was amazing and we looked forward to our made to order breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and the furnishings were beautiful. We also... More

In no particular order of importance, here's our observations and experience: - Families: look elsewhere! This is an adults-only inn. No guests under 21 years old. For us traveling as a couple, we welcome and appreciate the policy! Others might be annoyed by it. Just thought I would mention this in case other Trip Advisor reviews haven’t. - Staff: all... More

The mansion was charming and romantic, located in a quiet area adjacent to Columbia Square. Breakfasts were delicious and different each day. The evening wine socials and coffee were a wonderful bonus. That said, I have to focus on the staff. Despite their hectic schedules, they were always gracious and ready to address our needs. We opted for the elopement... More

A place to stay and history all at the same time! Wonderfully restored, and on many of the historic tours. They take service very seriously at this B&B. It was great getting to chat with fellow travellers at breakfast and at the wine and cheese social in the evening. It was a great way to get recommendations. The only somewhat... More

This B & B is in a scenic part of town away from the tourist honky-tonk places along the river. Rooms are large and appointed with antique furniture. There are some quirks and idiosyncrasies, but that's what you get with a building of this vintage. Breakfast is served in a beautiful parlor or outdoor patio. Wine is served in the... More

The entire staff was great. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Chef Ron created a superb gourmet quality breakfast. The room was very large, very clean and comfortable. I have to say thank you to the manager Meghann. She was incredible. She took the time to show us the entire house and filled us in... More

Excellent place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. We extended our stay and stayed in two different rooms which were both of a very high standard although the one in the basement could turn out to be a bit noisey if it rained heavily overnight. Would highly recommend this B&B.

Yes it really is that good..! The location is fabulous - right in the heart of the historic district and only a short walk to the riverfront, Forsyth park and all the museums you can think of - oh and it's haunted and features on all the ghost tours..! The staff are amazing - Bridget is an absolute diamond and... More
