Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. It was very close to the City market and within walking distance to many of the historical sites and resturants. The room was very clean and comfortable. The high ceilings made the room feel very spacious. Free Wifi, cable TV and access to movies. The Hotel staff was very friendly all around. Breakfast... More

Stunning hotel which we stayed in for 1 night. Foyer was absolutely gorgeous. Rooms had lovely high ceilings and very comfortable beds. Our room overlooked the pool and was right next to the fitness suite. 5 minute walk to " the sights". I thought Savannah itself was a little run down, but the hotel was excellent. We booked through Groupon... More

Too expensive for what you get in terms of room and service. Near SCAD buildings and down town, but area is marginal. It is very close to City Market which is worth the short walk for free music and eats. Hotel parking is expensive but non hotel parking is risky

9 of us went to Savannah for a bachelorette party. We bought our rooms on living social to get a better price. On our way from North Carolina we called the hotel to have a bottle of champagne sent to the brides room, only to find out she didn't have a room. The hotel never booked our rooms after Living... Stayed here to celebrate a friend's wedding in the area. Four points to make about the Four Points: 1. The cost is out of line with the service. I would expect better service from a Starwood property. 2. Parking is at a premium, so expect to pay a lot to park onsite or expect to walk. 3. The neighborhood gets... More

Althought near to historic district, and very courteous staff the rooms are small you can't stay in there more than a few hours, no refrigerator or mini bar in room. The bathroom wasn't clean to our standards. The additional parking fee of $18.00 a day was a surprise to us. Probably a better place for a business man for only... More

I booked the room at employee rate through a family member and the rate should include breakfast. The first day no server came to me with a bill but the next morning, a bill was placed at my table. I asked the front desk and the lady said that breakfast wasn't included in the rate but offered 50% off. Fine,... More

I found out the night before we arrived that the Four Points had been bought by Holiday Inn. I was a little concerned, but because the changeover had taken place less than two weeks before our arrival, and I was worried about staff changes, learning curves, et cetera that may take place. This is located in the historic district, and... More

My husband & I are frequent visitors to Savannah and stay at various hotels and B&Bs in the area. We booked this one because it was close to River Street and City Market (too far to walk to the Pirate House - opposite end of Bay Street). Our first impression of the hotel was the run-down parking lot, which we... More
