I Pricelined this hotel as I had waited too long too book with the rest of my group. The staff is extremly friendly, helpful and aware of who is coming and going. There was nothing that I can recall that had a downside. I would stay here again. more

Near the Savannah / Hilton Head Airport, I found out there was one on this trip, are about 5 hotels all grouped together in a complex. The Four Points Sheraton I believe is the newest of the group. With all of this competition, service would be the deciding factor for most people, the Sheraton Four Points does not disappoint. My... more

The hotel itself is a couple of years old - I first stayed here when it opened and it is just as fresh and clean as it was then. I stay in hotels all over - from Ritz Carltons - to Westin's - To Ws etc etc.......this hotel has, without a doubt, the friendliest staff I have ever encountered (and... more

Overall, it was good. But beware room 105...it's right next to the laundry room, so starting at 9am you will hear the most annoying screech of the dryers. more

Front desk staff is extremely helpful. Restaurant offers a complimentary late night peanut butter and jelly sandwich buffet, which was a neat amenity. But the rooms are strange. The beds are very attractive, and the mattresses, which are generally new and comfortable, sit on wooded platforms that creak and crack very easily. Of the two beds in our room, the... more

Hotel is clean, very neat and runs smoothly. It is one of those visits where there is really nothing to complain about (besides the odd noisy bathroom fan and lack of toilet tissue). However when I booked a three star hotel run by Sheraton, I guess I expected something slightly more upscale. more

The hotel offers a great value if you don't mind staying 15 minutes outside of the city. The rooms are decorated well with comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. The decor is modern and the room feels as if it worth more than you're paying. There was only one complaint with our stay, a lack of sound proofing. This problem was... more

We stayed here on a drive down I95 and it is very easy to get to from the highway. From a strict hotel perspective, this place exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms and an overall quiet atmosphere. However, as nice as the hotel was, we have two complaints. First, there is no free breakfast option. The hotel... more

We stopped in Savannah on our way north from Florida. We arrived for a downtown lunch and trolly tour, then headed out of town, towards the airport and the freeway, about 8-10 minutes out of town. (Note the hotel shuttle goes to the airport & within 5.5 miles, not far enough to get a ride to downtown.) We enjoyed a... more

This was a truly different and refreshing hotel experience compared to the norm. As much as I travel, this hotel offers fresh contemporary decor and innovative amenities. I had a great experience with the staff as well as my King Room, that had an incredibly comfortable bed. The flat panel plasmas are also very nice! This is a a great... more
