The toilet had a large blood smeared that became visible while taking a bath, which means they only clean the top of the toilet - if in fact they do that (called to have this cleaned immediately). Staff complacent about room mix up. Room we finally got was not clean and had musty smell. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to brag about. When returning to Savannah, would not stay in this hotel again.

“Staff is great”

The staff shows that they care about your comfort. Celeste made me feel welcome and new me by name. I have to be in Savannah for 3 months and I will not stay anywhere else. Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff is great.
