traveling back from disney we decided to stay in savannah, sans was the only hotel to offer a coupon we had found in a book (savannah hotels are a little pricey) the customer service was great and the rooms were so interesting! the beds were so comfy ! we will be staying again. the only 2 problems is there is no... more

Right off of 1-95 with easy access to everything Savannah has to offer. Thanks Vinny for taking care of us for the seven weeks we were there. Next time I want curry!!! Thanks brother. To anyone reading this...stay at this hotel. Classy place, with small business service, attention and appeal. more

This review was pasted for Forum thread; As some of the readers on here read I had heard about this place it was close to the Highway and a pretty good rate so I made a reservation on the way to St Augustine then.... it all went down hill. First I tried to make a reservation online and I got... more

I've read some of the other reviews but have to say we had a very different experience. Not only was the lady at the front desk eager to have my business (enough that she cut the price by fifteen dollars when I hesitated) but the service throughout our stay was good. At breakfast, which was the nicest and freshest of... more

If you want a great looking place to spend 3-4 hours this is the place, but if you think you might need heat or a phone, or a responsive front desk this is the NOT the place for you. Especially when there are better choices just around the corner When you call the front desk they are just oblivious, I... more

This was my third trip to Savannah, but my first time at this hotel. Although it is a 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah, this hotel is right off 95 with lots of restaurants and shops close by. with Parking in downtown Savannah being very expensive at the hotels, this was a much better deal, especially for the price --... more

I thought it was a decent hotel all in all. I was very disappointed in the location. If you are trying to save a buck and want a nice hotel then it's a good spot but you'll loose the convenience of being close to the places you want to see. This would be a great business stay but I will... more

The hotel itself was great, but the staff made the overall experience so-so. The decor made me feel like I was staying someplace special, even though I was paying rates comparable to the surrounding bland chains. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, and I loved the decor. Even though the hotel was about 20... more

Arrived in the late afternoon and was forced to sign a commitment for 3 day payment before we could get a room key and see the room. After signing, we went out for dinner and returned late at night. Hotel is VERY far from downtown Savannah. At 11:30 PM we discovered a broken toilet that flooded the room on first... more

I have to agree with a couple of other reviewers about 'bait and switch' tactics. After I asked to see a room (and approved it) the desk manager quoted me a price. I asked if I could use one of those Guide Book Coupons that you pick up when you traveled, and he agreed, but gave me the key to... more
