My stay would have been decent; the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was great until the next morning: I woke up only to notice that my shower water was cold- not even lukewarm. Imagine that when you already wake up in a cold hotel room?? After my voluntary Ice Challenge, I got out to get... More

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. The facility was bright, clean and inviting. The attractions of the city were within walking distance and everything was very easy to get to. I have always been pleased with Hampton Inn

After reading other reviews we were a little concerned about our choice, however, we ended up very pleased, and we will probably book again when we are in Savannah in May. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The lobby is large and open, with many comfortable areas to sit with friends. The room was fine. The room was plenty spacious,... More

We decided to stop for a few days in Savannah on our drive home from Gatlinburg back to Boca Raton. we were not familiar with area,so I trusted my I phone to do the work. We needed a place that day and luckily we found the Hampton. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated and our comp breakfast was just... More

Close to the Girl Scout founder house, this hotel was overrun with kids, making for a difficult breakfast and use of the pool. Parking is very limited, and overflow must park in a parking deck two blocks away. Rooms and staff are very nice, with a few exceptions on the valet parking staff. Room was larger than expected, and very... More

The Hampton Inn Historic District is in a beautiful location but has to manny drawbacks.one major problem is the parking. 20 dollars a night is a bit steep. Although the valets are wonderful it's just expensive. Next, the rooms are well appointed but if you are a bit claustrophobic your in trouble. They are fully dark wood and very small.... More

First, I didn't come in until midnight on a Satitday. No one at the front desk. No luggage carts. And your paying for parking two blocks away that doesn't make you feel the safest walking alone at night. Stains in carpet, stains in shower, pool cloudy. Topped by the absolute worst hot breakfast I've ever eaten in a hotel. And... More

Checked into room #439 in the evening with my three children. Couldn't get past the threshold of the doorway--- room smelled of strong cat urine. Front desk staff was not trained well enough to handle my complaint. Sadly, the hotel Valet (Vincent) dealt with my problem. He was kind and found me another room, not the room configuration I requested,... More

This was a decent hotel, in an accessible part of the town. The staff were always polite and friendly. We found the room very tight for the the 5 of us and wished we could have been put up in a bigger room. The parking cost was a little excessive at $15 per night ( and in reality, you don't... More

Had a bad experience at the Rodeway Inn I booked through Expedia. Had to book another hotel at the last minute 10pm Aug 8th, this hotel had the last room in Savannah available I snatched it up and I'm so glad we did! Was more expensive than I was looking to spend but we are a family on a tight... More
